Our Experience
With more than a decade of experience in the field, company owner Ethan Grimmer is highly involved with every project. We are not currently a huge tree service, and we like it that way; we are a small business in NC that seeks to be an asset to our community with exceptional service and building new friendships with every customer. We have found that there is a need in the industry for personalized experience. Most tree services have huge overhead and we do not. This allows us the opportunity to spend more time and consideration on your particular needs and to get you exactly what you want, often without tons of noise and heavy equipment, at a cost comparable but usually about 75% of our competitors cost.
Our Services
Our specialties are very difficult removals that are close to structures often dead, dying, unstable, leaning heavily over structures, in short, we specialize in high risk work with difficult access and, of course, carry the appropriate insurances for this purpose, so that everyone is protected.
However, we offer a wide range of services in the tree care world and the business started in urban California where residential tree care is remarkably different than in NC. Houses are closer together and the level of attention to detail that is required in the shaping and trimming of trees, as well as the cleanup of the jobs is far higher there than here in NC. Largely because HOA strictness is extreme and there are many HOAs in urban Cali. So if you live in Eastern NC and have an HOA to deal with to get your tree work done, we've got you covered.

Our Process
As mentioned, we take a personalized approach to tree care. We will work with you to develop a plan that meets your specific needs and budget. As ISA certified arborists, we will then execute the plan with precision and care, ensuring that your trees are healthy and thriving or gone!
Usually this involves either over the phone through text or yelp estimates, or if necessary, free in person estimates. We then match a time for scheduling the work which works best for both you and us, emergency expediting is available, and then we execute as planned, staying in contact with you the whole in case any plans or needs change.
Jobs over 3000$ require a deposit. Usually 25%. Anything under 3000$ usually requires a 10% deposit.
Overall, we seek to give you exactly what you want and provide you with professional tree advice and guidance when circumstances are different than you are aware of. Often, our customers have some ideas about what they want their property to look like or how they want to use the property, and we are able to help them solidify their ideas and make their desire a concrete reality in ways they did not expect because we have seen so many different circumstances, doing work all over the country, in a variety of settings and applications.
